IOSD DirectAid is the Relief and Development agency of the International Organization for Sustainable Development.

DirectAid is a worldwide database of needs that serves as a direct interface between donors and communities in need.

IOSD/DirectAid works with registered and certified partners in select countries to identify specific needs in specific families, villages, etc. These needs are entered into our database in order to allow donors, typically residents of developed nations, to send exactly what is needed to the right person or organization.

This "hand to hand, heart to heart" approach makes it possible to eliminate so-called "administrative overhead" and "blind giving".

We always encourage all DirectAid Donors to support a particular family or village in a personal way.

A closer look at a great nation in heart of Africa. From knowledge to practical actions.

All actions are recorded in a database, thus eliminating redundant giving (so common with local charities).

DirectAid makes it possible for donors to send foods and supplies directly to the local registered contact (typically a clergy member, village elder or governmental official). Alternatively, donors may also make specific donations to DirectAid and have DirectAid send the needed supplies as effectively as possible.
