IOSD implements specific actions with select partners in the context of partnership agreements.

EUCLID and IOSD administer the following currently open MOUs developed by IOSD in 2006-2011:

EUCLID Phase 2 MOU, a specific educational initiative leading to the adoption of the Euclid-development training programs and the constitution of EUCLID as a specialized institution was finalized and approved in 2008. The MOU was clarified and updated in 2009 as a Framework Agreement. This initiative was and remainds open, in order or priority:
